I am, in many ways and always somehow, mourning—whether it’s the loss of a loved one, the shattering of a glass plate, or the loss of sleep when life throws me for a loop. My journey with grief has shaped me from my youth. I have loved and lost deeply, and when grief would overwhelm me, it was a community that brought me back.

My passion for working with Walk With You stems from a desire to be that community for those who struggle to find it. Even in roles disconnected from direct family contact, I work to ensure the growth and continuity of an organization whose support has transformed the lives of people like me—those who are always mourning.
